To enlarge the activities of the Agarwal community in PCMC and to service mankind in General Agrawal Samaj Trust, PCMC was founded with the view of providing better religious, social, educational and cultural exchange among the people of Agrawal community. Construction of Agrawal Samaj bhawan was started on 12 Oct 1981.
